At Belwood & Roe, we’ve been designing and manufacturing fantastic bespoke, made to measure, fitted furniture for more years than we’d care to mention. Over the years we have been very successful as a business; but when COVID-19 hit, going in to customers homes didn’t work very well. It was at this point, we decided to look for new opportunities to share our love for furniture. 

Change of Direction for Belwood & Roe

We decided that we needed a change of direction, but still wanted to use our skills in woodworking and manufacturing, so like many businesses we looked to the online world for inspiration! What could we do to still produce bespoke furniture? How could we work around the government’s instructions of “Stay at Home” and “Covid Bubbles”, maintaining our business, whilst also following a more sustainable business model?

Belwood & Roe was expanded to allow us to showcase our set pieces of furniture online, with the ability to allow our customers to make that furniture their own, with personal touches. Offering handles from Hendel and Hendel, colours from Farrow and Ball, sinks from Vitra, taps in three finishes and sizes, different solid surface worktops and variable width units, you can customise your furniture, just how you like.

We’re constantly innovating with new ideas and pieces of home furniture. Our initial range of bathroom vanity units features 24 exciting designs, all awaiting your customisation.

In the upcoming months, we are looking to expand our home furniture range into home storage solutions, bookcases, sideboards and media centres.
