Delivery and Returns Policy

Costs

Our delivery is priced at £99 for single man delivery and £140 for a two person delivery, delivered to a downstairs room of your choice.


Lead Times

All our furniture items are made to order especially for you, details are usually on the product pages but if they are not or you need an express order, please contact us for further information.

Our shipping costs are fixed but occasionally there may be a surcharge required for further afield or unusual locations. If you think this may apply to you, please enquire before making your order, the following places would be included in this –

  • Isle of Man
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands
  • British Forces BFPO postcodes.

General

We run a tight scheduling system and will always try to get your furniture to you within the stated lead times, delivery is usually weekdays only unless specifically required and surcharge applied.
We will contact you via email with a delivery date, if this is not suitable we would ask that you provide some alternative dates.

Please ensure that the furniture is fully inspected for damage on delivery, once you have signed the receipt of goods you are then liable for any damage to the unit.

Returns & Cancellations

We try our best to make sure our furniture is right first time but occasionally there may be problems, please report any issues within 48hrs after delivery with photographic evidence, so that we can deal with the issue remotely. We will arrange for the item to be collected to fix the problem, please ensure the item is wrapped back up, so that it can be transported safely.

If you decide to cancel the order, as long as we haven’t started production (usually 24 – 48hrs after the order is placed), you can receive a full refund.

If the order has been processed and production started but not delivered, we would be able to offer a 50% refund; this helps to cover some of the build time and material costs. If the order has been delivered but you have changed your mind within the first 14 days, we would ask that you repackage the item safely and we will arrange collection, this would incur a further £125 collection charge.

If you need to make a change to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will advise if this is possible.
